BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo

This was my first car buying experience. Having had looked online and visited a few other garages, Urban Car Company was definitely the most welcoming and reassuring. Neil was absolutely fantastic in every aspect; knowledgeable, reassuring and friendly. I never felt I was rushed in to any decisions and felt I was given honest advice on the car that would be best for me and my circumstances. I’m really happy with the car and the service. I will continue to use Urban in the future.

We went here because we were interested in a car we’d seen online from here. There are some lovely looking cars on the forecourt.The 2 gentlemen in the office were very helpful. When asked what price they could do a car for I was told in no uncertain terms and at quite some length that it was ‘screen price only. Not like it used to be where you could agree on a price.’ Just a ‘no I’m afraid not’ would have done really, for me anyway, without the lengthy explanation. I know things have changed a lot with buying cars these days for sure.The workshop is super busy working on cars to get to a good standard for the forecourt which was good to see. The mechanics looked very confident and accomplished. I’ve given them 5 stars as I would be very happy to buy a car from here. I can’t comment on the after service as I haven’t experienced it.

I had a really positive experience buying a car at Urban Car Company. Stuart and Trevor responded to my initial email correspondence quickly. On the day, when I went to view the car, they couldn’t have been more welcoming.Stuart (the owner) accompanied me on the test drive and afterwards patiently fielded my many questions. I didn’t realise it at the time, but having done my homework, I grilled him for a solid 90 minutes. Thankfully, this wasn’t a seedy affair with a hidden agenda; Stuart patiently answered my questions, enthusiastically producing proof of evidence on all the checks and work his mechanic had done to the car. He further explained how he sourced his cars and personal business ethos. Having had to assess human behavior for a living, I felt confident he was honest and forthright – I didn’t feel pressured at any point, the conversation went at my pace and my needs were listened to.I was unable to obtain any concessions, but having thoroughly researched prices of similar cars on the many websites out there, I knew it was a fair deal – further enhanced by the work already done to the car. His team had taken note of recommended maintenance work due in the log book and proactively carried it out, with the timing belt already replaced. In fact, I could have driven away with the car there and then as it was ready to go. Having recently been in an accident and stuck with a courtesy car, I declined at the time, but Stuart even offered to pick me up from the train station or car hire company.On the day I came to pick up the car, I arrived early, and as I walked up the street I could see Stuart in the distance helping to clean and polish the car. Seeing a business owner chip-in and get their hands dirty when no one is watching further inspired confidence. Whoever he was helping to clean my car had done a good job and it was clean and tidy inside and out. The whole process from start to finish, was painless and well guided. Even though I was only buying a Dacia Sandero Stepway, I received Rolls Royce treatment.It has now been two weeks since I made the purchase. I’ve already covered 1200 miles and the car is running well, so far so good! Thanks to the whole team and I would definitely buy from Urban Car Company again if my wife or I needed another car.

Stuart in sales could not have been more helpful and courteous. In the workshop, the same can be said of Ben. A great team.

I know 5 Stars looks too good to be true; rest assured, It’s completely deserved and accurate.In the admin side of things, Stuart is diligent and provides excellent customer service which makes the whole process wonderful.For the repair side of it, Ben’s technical skills are simply fantastic. Tested and adjusted until it worked perfectly.They jumped through hoops to get my car ready for a long road trip. Coordinating with the warranty company and diagnosing/repairing the issue on a condensed timeline.Can’t recommend them more.I never write reviews, so hopefully that tells you something.

The care and attention that they gave my elderly mum when she brought her new BMW was amazing thank you so much Trevor.

Wow blown away with the kindness and service I’ve received today! I purchased my car with urban and have used them for work and services etc. today they delivered my car to my door as I was unable to drive and even gave me a huge discount on my bill! I’m beyond grateful with their service thank you

Our beautiful C3 Picasso was written off whilst parked outside our house. We wanted another low mileage one and Trevor was so helpful, offering to re organise its service so we could come to test drive it. He gave us lots of information over the phone so we were pretty sure we would buy it before we saw it. He was happy to store our courtesy hire car overnight for collection, so that we didn’t have to drive back with both cars. He even rang the next day to say it had been collected and all was fine. What a great garage and well worth travelling from Nottingham. Would definitely use again and recommend highly.

Had great experience with Stuart, have been struggling to find a car after some nightmare experience. Everything from communication to the quality of cars is 5 star, i would highly recommend.
